San Miguel on PBS
The show is called A Moment of Luxury, hosted by Houston-based interior designer Bill Stubbs. This past weekend we attended the "world premiere" of the episode they filmed here in San Miguel. It's not the kind of show we'd normally watch, but it does feature some interesting people and places here in San Miguel. (sadly, we're not among them.) If you you want to the see it on the tube, you'll need to check with your local PBS affiliate as it's totally unclear to us when and where the show airs. The high point of the presentation, however, was Bill Stubbs himself. He was smart, self-deprecating and totally hilarious as he shared a few design "tips" and showed off some of his projects, including his own townhome in Houston. If you ever have a chance to hear him speak, jump on it!
